Thank you for your order! We hope you're happy with your order. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return. We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase. 

We only accept returns from orders placed on store.gotogearup.com. All refunds will be credited in the method of payment you used on the original purchase. Original shipping costs are unfortunately non- refundable.

Please ensure your return meets the following standards:

 1) The package must be sent physically from within the Unites States.
 2) The product is in its original state and packaging.
 3) Apparel has the original tags attached. 

How to make a return: 

1. Login to your account on our website in the "Login- Login to my account" section. 
2. In the 'Track your recent orders' section, click on the "View Details" link for the order you would like to initiate the RMA for.
3. Once in the order, click on the "Add New RMA" button. 
4. Choose the number of items you want to return in the "Order Items" section.
5. In the "Order Return Options" section, choose the "Reason and Method" for the return. 
6. Finally, you can add comments in the "Comments" section (optional). Once done, click "Save RMA" and then an email will be sent to you as soon as possible. 

We currently offer free size exchanges for a new size of the same color, if stock is available.
Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment within 10 business days of when the return has dropped off at the return drop off location. Please allow up to 14 business days for your refund to post to your account. If 14 working days have passed since the refund notification was sent and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at [email protected] Be aware that if you used a pre-paid credit card, the refund would be automatically issued to the original card. If you used a pre-paid card to make a purchase, please retain the card until you receive your purchase. Some cards are not reloadable, which will prevent us from being able to issue a credit in the event of a return. Shipping charges are not refunded. Seasonal surcharges are not refunded.

Order cancellation policy:
We want you to get your order as soon as possible, so we begin processing it immediately after you place it. Once your order has been submitted, we are unable to cancel or make changes to the order. Please review your order very carefully prior to clicking the " Place Order" button on checkout page.
